What should the package bring with the game?

What is the estimated time that games arrive after shipping?

8-10 days after your order is processed. (U.S. orders only, outside may depend on customs regulations)

What about if I do not receive the game after I made my order?

If you have not received your order with 14 business days or contact us

How do I get the instructions of the game?

The instructions will come in the package with the game. If you have further questions on how the game is played, please download instructions in the Orders tab. If you still need help, please contact us.

What happens if the game breaks?

All sales are non- refundable. If the game arrive broken then we will exchange it for the first 5 days after package arrival date  and claims need to be done in written form and via email at: botb1914@gmail.com before the 5 days period.
After 5-day period no exchange will be honored at that time.
